ProCure Block Out Material now has a low viscosity, pigmented light-cured resin in syringe form that is excellent for blocking out models. This unique resin can be used in a variety of situations including bleaching reservoirs, die prep situations, and filling voids and chips in prepared models. The kit comes with five pre-filled 1.2cc syringes and 15 tips.

Tips can also be ordered separately.

Instructions for ProCure Block Out:
1. Keep refrigerated for increased longevity on material.
2. Remove from refrigerator and allow material to warm to room temperature for 30 minutes before use.
3. Remove black cap from syringe tip and replace with needle tip.
4. Syringe Block Out material onto model surface. Continue to move syringe, allowing material to flow into and
onto desired areas.
5. After Block Out material is in position, place model into a ProCure high intensity light oven (or a
comparable-type oven) for 3 minutes.
6. If Block Out material has to be more than 1 millimeter in thickness, you may want to layer the material.
7. Finish and smooth as you would a normal composite material.
8. Place Block Out material back into refrigerator for storage.
